BCAH Team Volunteering

We believe community involvement should be accessible to our entire team. To support this, we actively encourage staff to volunteer with local non-profits and community causes — and we back this commitment by paying employees their regular wages while volunteering during work hours. This is our way of making it easier for our team to support the community they live in.
